Beach Island Resort is a delightful family-oriented spot that offers a peaceful retreat right on the beach. The spacious grounds and beautifully landscaped areas create a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained even if it has an older charm. I truly enjoyed the comfortable pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach. Although daily room service isn't provided, it didn’t detract from our overall wonderful experience. I can't wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The Beach Island Resort at Cocoa Beach perfectly blends a historic vibe with comfort. It's quiet, and the beach felt almost private, especially in early March. Sherri and John were incredibly accommodating, but keep in mind that daily room service isn't provided. The facilities like the pool and hot tub were clean and inviting, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation. Overall, it was an excellent value for money, despite the simplicity of the rooms.

I had an amazing time at this resort! The old-style Florida charm of the place is really inviting, and the ocean view from my room was simply breathtaking. However, I encountered an issue with lovebugs during my stay which made it hard to enjoy the outdoors.
